Billing & Refund Policy

The short version

• The annual plan has a free trial; after it, the yearly fee is charged and is non-refundable. It renews every year, and we email you before each renewal. Cancel anytime — you keep access through what you’ve paid for.
• Seasonal passes and combos are one-time purchases. All sales are final.
• Your data is never deleted because a plan ended — lapsed accounts become read-only, and everything is back when you renew.

1. Annual subscription (“All year” — currently $120/year)

• Trial: starts the day you sign up; length is stated at checkout (currently 3 days). A payment card is required up front. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the card is charged the annual fee.
• Access window: a full 12 months from the start of the paid term.
• Renewal: automatic, yearly, at the then-current published price. We send a reminder email to the account address before each renewal charge, stating the amount, date, and how to cancel.
• Cancellation: anytime, from the billing page or by emailing hello@chabadrouter.com. Canceling stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the paid year. Canceling during the trial means you are never charged.
• Refunds: the annual fee is non-refundable once charged, except where your state’s law requires otherwise. The trial exists so you can fully evaluate the Service before paying.

2. Seasonal passes (one-time; currently Chanukah $36 / Pesach $50 / Summer $65)

• Access windows (also shown on each pricing card):
  • Chanukah pass: opens 5 days before the first night of Chanukah and runs through the last day of Chanukah.
  • Pesach pass: opens one month before Pesach and runs through the last day of Yom Tov.
  • Summer pass: June 1 through August 31.
• Passes cover the named season of the year in which you purchase (purchases made after that year’s season are for the upcoming occurrence, shown at checkout).
• No auto-renewal. A pass is a single purchase; nothing recurs.
• Refunds: all sales are final.

3. Combos (currently Chanukah + Pesach $72; Pesach + Summer $90)

One-time purchases granting each included season’s full access window, under the same terms as §2. All sales are final.

4. Weekly Mivtzoim plan (currently $36/year)

• A discounted annual subscription for qualifying weekly mivtzoim routes, subject to an eligibility review before activation. Includes up to 30 households and 2 seats.
• Renewal, cancellation, reminder-email, and refund terms are the same as the annual subscription (§1). If an application is declined before any charge, nothing is owed; if a review ever results in ending a plan mid-term, we will refund the unused portion pro-rata — this is the one exception to all-sales-final.

5. Add-ons (currently: Extra seat $36/year; Guest day pass $18)

• Extra seat: annual, renews and cancels with the same terms as §1.
• Guest day pass: one-time, valid for the stated day(s). All sales are final.

6. Promotional and complimentary codes

Codes we issue (e.g., tester access) grant the stated access at the stated price. They have no cash value, may not be resold, and we may end promotional programs for new purchases at any time (never cutting short access already granted).

7. Failed payments and lapse

If a renewal charge fails we retry and email you. If payment cannot be collected, the account becomes read-only — nothing is deleted, and full access returns when payment succeeds or a new plan is purchased.

8. Price changes

We may change published prices. Price changes never affect a term you have already paid for; for subscriptions, a new price applies only from your next renewal, and the pre-renewal reminder email will state the amount you will actually be charged.

9. Taxes

Prices do not include any applicable sales or similar taxes; where we are required to collect tax, it is added at checkout.
